At Sugar Paper, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home goods are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
